- It will take you more than half an hour to reach Georgetown with the free shuttle service due to the terrible traffic in Penang at certain times and remember to book your seat 2 days in advance during peak seasons or you will not be able to get a seat at all
- The sea water beside the hotel is murky and the beach is not comparable to beaches found in Langkawi
