- The hotel is not located within the city centre and the journey to the hotel can be uncomfortable due to ongoing constructions along the way and killer traffic during peak hours
- No shopping centre and convenience store nearby to buy instant noodles or bread if you are hungry at night
- Although it is a beachfront hotel, the beach is not suitable for swimming or playing on the sand
- If you are planning to drive to this hotel, prepare to endure a horrible driving experience up to the car park as you will have to drive many rounds before reaching the first floor of the car park
- Standard check-in time is 4 PM which is really late when compared to other hotels
- No bellboy to assist you with your luggage
- The food will not be replenished after 9.30 AM for the complimentary breakfast buffet
- Breakfast buffet lacked of pastry choices
- This is a non-smoking hotel so bad news for smokers
- The car park is rather small for 4 wheel drive cars and SUV range of cars as you will have to reverse your car at every corner
- The corridor leading to the hotel rooms looked like from a low cost apartment
- The private pool is rather small and the pool lights will be automatically switched off after 10 PM
- All doors in the room do not come with a lock so this hotel is not a good choice for you if you don’t like people suddenly open the door while you are showering
